We were able to customize the build to our needs/likes easily while working with Mark's team; picking out paint colors, flooring, tile, kitchen cabinets, granite for kitchen and bathrooms, as well as adding some additional features like a kitchen island and expanded back porch. The home Mark built is a new construction but still has plenty of charm mainly due to the beautiful finishing touches throughout the house.
